Srinagar: The state government on Tuesday ordered transfer of Rifat Aftab Qureshi (KAS), Joint Director Hospitality and Protocol, Kashmir.
Rifat, according to a government order has been posted as Additional Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood Mission, Kashmir, vice Ishfaq Ahmad Wani.
Wani, has been transferred and repatriated to his parent Organization, J&K Legislative Council.
