“We expect light to moderate snowfall from today (evening) at most places of Jammu and Kashmir and some places of Ladakh with peak on January 31,” Sonam Lotus said.
He said that rains and snow may affect Srinagar -Jammu highway especially Banihal -Ramban axis tonight and tomorrow.
