Kupwara: Authorities on Thursday afternoon recovered bodies of two hunters who had been missing since avalanche hit Lolab Forests yesterday.
Officials confimed to INS that bodies of Bashir Ahmad Hajam son of Mohd Younis and Mamdin Hajam son Najamdin of Ring Warnow have been recovered by the rescue team.
SDM Lolab Ahmad Hussain also confirmed the recovery of the bodies.
One of the three hunters had disclosed their disappearance after snow avalanche in the area.
Police and army had launched a rescue operation to trace the duo.
