Baramulla : The residents of Dungdaara Kreeri and adjoining areas protested against the R&B Department at Kreeri village of Baramulla north Kashmir for want of upgrading the bridge in the area.
The bridge was constructed in 2012, connecting dozens of village in outskirts of Baramulla .

They alleged  that total estimated cost of bridge was 1 crore 90 lakhs which was released but  the bridge is yet to be completed.

Locals appealed Governor  to investigate into the matter so that general public doesn’t suffer.

Gh Qadir a resident said tha ” in the departmental documents the work on bridge is completed”.

Xen R&B Department  Baramulla said that they will investigate the matter and pending work on bridge will start very soon.
“We made DPR in 2018,  we are waiting for repky from higher authorities,” He said.
