Ganderbal: The 15 days women cricket coaching camp concluded in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District on Monday.
The camp was aimed to expose cricketing talent among the girls and a better plate form is promised to be given by the Jammu and Kashmir cricket association (JKWCA) under its women empowerment initaitive.
About 25 to 30 school and college going girls participated in this 15 days long free coaching camp organised by JKWCA at Madre-Meherban Stadium Ganderbal.

The coaching camp was held well ahead of the upcoming divisional level women cricket championship 2018 to be organised by the association in which teams from all districts of kashmir division are going to participate.

The JKWCA is keen to develop women cricket culture in the state and is working hard to provide coaching and better infrastructure for the cricket loving girls.
However, it would have been for better if we get any assistance from JKCA, JKSSC and other concerned government agencies, the state Coordinator JKWCA Shah Ajaz said.
