Jmu: Biannual examinations for Class 12th and Class 10th of Summer Zone of Jammu Division will be held from 9th and 21st June respectively, 425 centres for 10th and 306 centres for 12th.

“In this regard Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education and Director School Education Kashmir Dr. G.N. Itoo reviewed the arrangements in a high level meeting at Jammu today. Reviewing the overall functioning of BOSE in Jammu Dr. G.N. Itoo directed all the District officials to make sure the smooth conduct of examinations and assign examination duties to officials with good reputation and experience. He directed all the officers to provide friendly environment to the students so that they develop good interest in examination,” spokesman said.

According to spokesman Secretary Board of School Education stressed upon the fact that no corruption of any type shall be tolerated regarding the conduct of examination and the defaulting officials shall be dealt according to norms.
DSEK directed all the examination staff and concerned officers to have a close liaison with District Administration and School Education Department during the conduct of the examinations.

“It is pertinent to mention here that for the conduct of examination in Summer Zone of Jammu Division 425 centres have been established for Class 10th and 306 centres for Class 12th,” he said.
