Jammu:  The State Cabinet meeting, under the presiding Chief Minster Mehbooba Mufti,  is underway in Jammu Secretariat with all the BJP ministers present in the meeting.

According to insiders the cabinet is likely likely pas death penalty for rapists  and is likely to clear the implementation of 7th Pay Commission in the state.

Meanwhile, Finance Minster Syed Altaf Bukhari would be assessing a Press brief at 1:30pm to announce 7th pay commission, media reports said.
