“Killing of youth is done under a well-planned strategy,” the JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik said. “Probes ordered into these killings are nothing but eyewash.”
A civilian, Khalid Ahmed Dar, 22 from Ghat village of Khudwani, Kulgam was killed on Tuesday when forces opened fire on protesting youth in Khudwani.
The leadership asked the people to observe complete shutdown on Saturday to register strong protest against killing of innocent youth.
