RAJOURI: The district administration today barred any sort of vehicular movement on Kotedhara-Panihad road between 11.00 am and 02.00 pm till the black-topping work on the road gets completed.

In a communication, the district administration has asked the police and transport authorities to ensure that no vehicle ply on the Kotedhara-Panihad road in the said period so as to facilitate the concerned agency carry out the macadamization work smoothly.

The concerned authorities were further asked to divert the traffic during the mentioned hours from Khandli Chowk towards Palam.

Pertinently, the executive engineer Public Works Department had intimated the administration that owing to heavy traffic on the said road, the macadamization work is going on snail pace and for its time bound completion the traffic has to be stopped
