Breaking: Court directs govt to submit status report on Braid chopping

Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Tuesday directed state government to submit status report on Braid Cutting incidents happening in valley.

The  court has asked the ‘respondent state’ to submit the details of braid cutting incidents and the cases registered.

Advocate Hilal Akbar Lone had filed Public interest litigation, which came up today before the division bench led by Chief Justice Ahmad Durraiz and Alok Arade.

Court issued notice to state, which was accepted by, Additional Advocate General BA Dar.
