Bandipora: A man slipped to death while clearing snow in Plan area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district here on Saturday.
Mumtaz Ahmad resident of Ward 4, Plan Bandipora, slipped from the rooftop of his house while clearing the snow.
He was rushed to near by hospital, where from he was shifted to SKIMS Srinagar, however he succumbed to injuries.
He was working as TSO in CAPD.
DC Bandipora Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary said that: “We extended assistance of Rs 4 Lakh and our team is with them in this hour of grief”.
