Baramulla: Inhabitants of tehsil Karhama village of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday were up in arms against health department for failing to complete the construction of Public Health Centre (PHC) in the area which was sanctioned four years ago.

While talking to INS, the locals accuse PDP-led government of the failure to complete the construction of Public Health Centre (PHC) at Karhama which is incomplete as well as without medical staff.

Locals added that Public Health Centre (PHC) is without infrastructure and further there were two female staff members but due to braid chopping threat they have transferred their posting which has badly affected the health care in the area.
