“It is unfortunate that the government has allotted very limited time for it, just 5-6 days,” Sharma said.

He said that several key public issues particularly electricity, water, and road need urgent attention. “People are waiting for basic facilities. The government has failed on all fronts,” he said.

Sharma also targeted Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, saying the opposition had high expectations from him. “It is unfortunate that he neither gave ample time for the session nor is he working for the people,” he said.

He further stated that the opposition is prepared to raise public issues effectively during the limited session. “We are ready for it,” Sharma added.

On Rajya Sabha polls, he said that the BJP is fully confident that it will win. (KNO)
