Srinagar, Sep 18: The Returning Officer 21-Habbakadal Assembly constituency established Voter Facilittation Centre (VFC) on Wednesday at Gandhi Memorial college.

The employees who have been assigned the election duties were able to caste their votes before the scheduled polling day for Srinagar.

This is one of the initiatives taken by the Election Commission of India to ensure that no voter is left out .

Postal Voting Centre for all eligible voters on essential service falling in the category of absentee voters and who have opted for it, will also be able to caste their votes on 19, 20 and 21 September.
