Srinagar, Mar 16: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, has declared four factions of Jammu & Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) as Unlawful associations under the Unlawful Activities( Prevention) Act- 1967.
The four factions of Peoples League led by Mukthar Ahmad Waza, Bashir Ahmad Tota, Ghulam Ahmad Khan Sopori and Sheikh Aziz) have been declared as unlawful associations under the UAPA.
