Whenever a person dies while exercising, the incident usually makes newspaper hot headlines.

Deaths during exercise don’t happen often but they are highly publicised. How safe or how dangerous is exercise, it was estimated in one study that there will be approximately one death for every 7620 middle aged joggers per year.

In another study, the estimate was one death for every 18000 physically active men.In third study the risk was one death per 1.51 million episodes of exercise.

Although the risk of death increases during the period of vigorous High intensity exercise. But, habitual vigorous exercise is associated with an overall decreased risk of heart attack.

But there are reasons behind it when death during exercises occurs in people age 35 or older it usually results from a cardiac arrhythmia caused by atherosclerosis of the coronary artery on the other hand those under age 35 are mostly likely to die from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(enlarged diseased heart usually genetically transmitted congenital coronary artery anomalies..or myocarditis.. inflammation of myocardium..

Deaths during exercise are rare, although typically highly publicised.

Deaths during exersise in people over age 35 usually caused by cardiac arrhythmia resulting from atherosclerosis.

Deaths during exercise in people under 35 usually caused by hypertrophy cardiomyopathy.myocarditis or aortic aneurysm.
Rhe purpose of writing this article was to bust the Myth Don’t Go to Gym yesterday that celebrity got Heart Attack during performing exersises.

Enjoy your gym and workout, but I will recommend warm up phase and cool down phase.
