“On 19-09-2023 Police Station Awantipora received a written complaint from a complainant (name withheld) against one Fayaz Ahmad Dar and his father Mohammad Shaban Dar (son of Ghulam Qadir Dar), residents of Kandizal Awantipora stating therein that her wedding reception was scheduled on 16/09/2023 with one Fayaz Ahmad Dar S/o Mohammad Shaban Dar R/o Kandizal Awantipora after performing the Nikah earlier and all the arrangements were put in place for the arrival of the groom along with the wedding procession.
