LeT Militant Killed In Nowgam Gunfight: Police

Srinagar: Police on Wednesday said that a militant was killed in an ongoing in gunfight with joint team of police and CRPF in Nowgam area of Centre Kashmir’s Srinagar district, police said.

“01  (militant) killed. Operation in progress. Further details shall follow,” police said in a tweet, adding, “(militants) of LeT/TRF involved in the recent killing of Khanmoh’s Sarpanch Sameer Bhat, trapped in Nowgam encounter”.
