Crime Branch Kashmir Files Chargesheet Against Man For Providing Fake Job Orders

Srinagar, Dec 2: Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday filed chargesheet against one person for providing fake appointment orders for government services to gullible persons against monetary considerations.

An official of the Crime Branch Kashmir in a statement said the a case (FIR No. 15/2016) under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 RPC of was registered against accused Abdul Hamid Dar son of Late Sonaulla Dar of Kakavthal Kreei, Baramulla, at present Chinar Colony, HMT Mustafabad Srinagar for providing fake and forged appointment orders purported to have been issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests to gullible people against monetary considerations. The chargesheet was filed before Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar.

“During the course of investigation, it was established that the accused prepared fake appointment orders and provided the same to one Rafakat Hussian Manhas of Kamalkote, Uri, Baramulla and grabbed Rs 2 lakhs from him,” the CBK said, adding, “The accused has also cheated and grabbed Rs. 3.50 lackhs from one Tariq Ahmad Sofi of Arampora, Qamarwari for providing the government job”.
