J&K Reports 128 New Covid-19, One Death

Srinagar, Sept 20:  Jammu and Kashmir reported 128 new covid-19 cases while there was one death due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Monday.
They said 19 of the cases were reported from Jammu Division and 109 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total count to 328069.
There was one death, from Jammu division, due to the virus during the time. So far 4417 people have died— 2170 in Jammu division and 2247 in Kashmir.
Giving district wise details, they said that Srinagar reported 68 cases, Baramulla 9, Budgam 14, Pulwama 4, Kupwara 4, Anantnag 1, Bandipora 2, Ganderbal 6, Kulgam 0, Shopian 1, Jammu 5, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 2, Doda 4, Kathua 0, Samba 1, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 7.
Moreover, they said, 159 more COVID-19 patients have recovered—19 from Jammu and 140 from Kashmir. With them, 322191 people have recovered. There are 1461 active cases in J&K—226 in Jammu and 1235 in Kashmir.
Meanwhile, there was one fresh confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today, they said. So far 46 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials added.
