24 More Lives Lost, 1303 Covid-19 Fatalities This Month Alone In Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar, May 25: At least 24 more covid-19 deaths have been reported in Jammu and Kashmir since last evening, taking the fatality count to 3633, officials said on Tuesday. With these deaths, 1303 people have succumbed to the virus this month alone.

Among them, 14 deaths were reported from the J&K’s winter capital, mainly at GMC Jammu, while ten patients succumbed to the virus in the Valley.

Among others, they said, a 70-year-old man from Batamaloo Srinagar died at SKIMS Bemina, 12 days after he was admitted there.

A 75-year-old man from Arampora Khansahib Budgam died at a Covid hospital Chanpora, they said.

A 63-year-old woman from Tral Pulwama died at CD hospital, a day after she was admitted to the Valley’s exclusive covid-19 management facility.

A 90-year-old man from Natipora Srinagar died five days after he was admitted there, they said.

A 75-year-old man from Larkipora and a 70-year-old man from Sangam died along with two other patients at GMC Anantnag, they said.

A 75-year-old man from Behbagh died at District hospital at Pulwama , they said.

Also, a 75-year-old man died at GMC baramullah, they said.
