Srinagar, Dec 21: Two PDP members, including the maternal uncle of former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, have been “detained”, party said on Monday.  The detained include Sartaj Madani, uncle of Mufti, and Peer Mansoor. Incidentally, the authorities in June this year had revoked PSA detention against the duo alongside former IAS officer-turned-politician Shah Faesal.   “Total lawlessness as PDPs Sartaj Madni & Mansoor Hussain have been arbitrarily detained today on the eve of DDC election results. Every senior police officer here is clueless as it is  ‘upar say order’. No rule of law in J&K anymore. It is out & out Gunda Raj,” Mehbooba Mufti said in a tweet.
