35 travelers among 1492 cases in J&K, total 62533

Srinagar, Sept 19: Jammu and Kashmir reported 1492 fresh covid-19 cases including 70 security men, 35 travelers and five minors, taking the total tally to 62533.
Among them, 831 cases were from Jammu division and 661 from Kashmir Valley, official sources said.
Giving district-wise breakup of the cases, they said, Srinagar reported 192, Budgam 68, Baramulla 32,
Pulwama 71, Anantnag 52, Bandipora 37, Kupwara 99, Ganderbal 93, Kulgam 12, Shopian 5, Jammu 261,
Rajouri 57, Udhampur 19, Kathua 54, Doda 185, Samba 62, Poonch 87, Ramban 43, Reasi 25 and Kishtwar 38.
A number of the cases were confirmed at CD and SKIMS diagnostic laboratories.

The Pulwama cases include eleven males (35, NA, NA, 38, 31, 40, 24, 27, 36, 27, 36) from Awantipora Pulwama, male (39) from Kajpora Pulwama.
The Bandipora cases include female (23) from Tulail, male (55) from Sumbal Bandipora.
The Kupwara cases include male (27) from Tangdhar Kupwara.
The Poonch cases include male (75) from Kirni Poonch, female (55) from Mandi Poonch,
The Ramban cases include male (55) from Sangaldan Ramban.
The BB Cantt cases include three males (23, 40, 37) from BB Cantt Srinagar.
The BSF cases include four males (53, 42, 28, 32) from Ch BSF Humhama Srinagar. Five cases—males (31, 48, 43, 49, 36) and a female (30) were from RTC-4 CRPF Humhama Budgam, male (30) from 45 Bn CRPF Sumbal Bandipora.
Moreover, they said, 960 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals 322 from Jammu Division and 638 from Kashmir Valley.
