Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir’s education department has finalized a proposal for establishing a council for education, research, and training (JKUTCERT) on NCERT pattern for approval of administrative Council, Principal Secretary, School Education, Dr Asgar Samoon, said on Saturday.
“Hope we achieve quality education in near future,” he said in a tweet.
