Pre-District Capex Budget discussion held

Rajouri: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Mohammad Nazir Sheikh today held a detailed pre Capex budget 2020-21 discussions at DC office Complex Rajouri.
DDC exhorted upon the concerned officers to prioritize works under District Capex Budget so that said works can be completed within the shortest possible time. He impressed upon the concerned district officers to prepare panchayat, block and district plan strictly as per the directions and within the ceilings already communicated.
DDC directed the ACD Rajouri to submit the list of the beneficiaries under PMAY to be covered during this year. ACD was also directed to submit the MGNREGA plan at the earliest.
He advised the executing agencies to incorporate the projects raised during the B2V programme in their plans. The lists of the works are to be provided by the District panchayat officer Rajouri.
He further directed that there should be hundred percent physical verification of the projects. He also asked executive agencies to actively involve the PRIs in formulation of the Panchayat plans.
The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, Shama-Un Ahmed, Superintending Engineer PWD,PC Tanoch, Superintending Engineer PHE, Manish Bhatt, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Sanjeev Puri, Executive Engineer PHE Rajouri, Mushtaq Ahmed, Executive Engineer PHE Nowshera, Gurcharan Singh, Executive Engineer PWD Rajouri, Mohammad Zubair, Executive Engineer PWD Nowshera, Prem Kapoor, Executive Engineer I&FC Rajouri/Nowshera, Assistant Commissioner Development, Sushil Khajuria, District Social Welfare Officer, Mohd Naseeb, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Ashok Gandotra and District Education and Planning Officer Rakesh Gupta.
