Pulwama: Students of 4th semester who appeared in Botany paper on Monday in different colleges of Kashmir had to leave the examination halls after the paper they were provided with was of ‘Horticulture’.
A group of students told INS that they were surprised to see the paper of Horticulture and raised the issue with the invigilators.
“KU has always been doing these mistakes which consumes the precious time of the students and left them dismayed,” aggrieved students complained.
An official has said that, “soon after the paper was found irrlelevant, students were asked to return back the papers.”
He said that the paper stands postponed as of now and new date will be announced accordingly by KU.
However, a delegation of students told INS that, “few days back, Zoology skill paper was also out of syllabus which is the matter of grave concern.”
They demanded intervention of higer authorities into the matter.
