Two non local bikers killed in accident in Ganderbal

Ganderbal: Two non-local bikers were killed in a  road accident in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday morning after they collided with a truck.

The mishap occurred in Rayil Gund area of the district.

The deceased have been identified as Gurlal Singh (29) son of Kewal Singh and Bharat Bhushan (28) son of Ashok Kumar both resident of Haryana.

An official said that the bike bearing registration number HR22L-5351 on its way from Ladakh to Srinagar collided with a truck bearing registration number JK01AG-5369 resulting on spot dead of one bike ridder and critical injured his pillion rider.

The injured person was shifted to sub district hospital Kangan were he Succumbed to his injuries.

SHO Gund Tariq Yousuf confirmed the incident and said that the truck driver,Khalil Gojar, has been arrested and case has registered FIR NO. 36/2019 US 279,337 RPC and investigation is taken up.
