Pulwama:  Lack of medicine, machinery and other facilities have hit Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Aripal area and Litter area of Pulwama district badly increasing difficulties of villages relying on the medical centers.
“Even the ambulance has no driver while as BUMS doctor posted at Aripal centre is working in Sub District hospital,” residents rued.
The locals of Litter area said that the health centre there caters dozens of villages with the nearest sub-district or district hospital being at least 15 kms far from Litter, however, due to lack of electricity, X-Ray machine and doctors, patients are forced to visit other hospitals.
Meanwhile, an official has said that she will look into matter and will try her best to redress the grievances of people.
