Power shutdown in Srinagar parts

SRINAGAR,: According to the Power Controller, Kashmir province, PDD Bemina, Srinagar, the 33kV Pampore B.K Pora line shall remain shutdown in order to carry out cutting pruning of popular trees coming in the vicinity of the Pampore B.K Pora Line at Aribagh, Bagati and Kanipora on 3rd June.

While the 33 kV lines of STD Bijbehara shall remain shutdown on June 03 and June 08 in order to carry out branch cutting and urgent maintenance works.

As per the handout, the power supply from the 33kV Pampore B.K Pora line to Receiving Stations B.K Pora and Khanda shall remain off on 3rd June 2019 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Also, the power supply from the 33kV line of Gopalpora Pahalgam, the 33 kV lines of STD Bijbehara, to receiving station Hutmurrah, Salla, Ashmuqam, Saller and Pahalgam shall remain off on 3rd June from 10:00 to 5:00pm. The power supply to Saller and Pahalgam receiving stations shall again remain off on June 08 from 10:00am too 5:00 pm.

Accordingly, the power supply to the areas fed from the lines and Receiving Stations shall remain affected.
