No trace of two PDD employees whose car fell into gorge in Uri on May 20

Baramulla: Traces are yet to be found of the two Power Department Development employees who drowned in Jehlum Nallah in Daderkote area of Uri North Kashmir Baramulla district on May 20.

Rescue operation along J&K Police, SDRF and with the help of locals  is underway in the area.

“Their car, Alto 800 Car, has been found but their is no trace of bodies,” sources said.

The duo fell into the deep gorge while on way from Uroosa towards Sultandaki.

“Near Shudwani area Dard kote of uri sub division, the car skidded off the road,” they said.
Duo have been identified as Sayeed ahmed from Sultandhaki amd Maroof Khan from Kalgai Uri.
