Anantnag: Commuters are irked over the dumping of cow dung over the road stretch from Anantnag to Achabal urging authorities to order Municipal committee Anantnag to keep the road clean as it gives bad impression to tourists as well.
Tourist place Achabal is about 8 kms away from main town Anantnag.
“Transporters too are in a fix as the tourists get a bad impression and are irked due to foul smell emanating from the waste,” residents told INS.
ADDC Anantnag Khawaja Nazir assured to take action and promised to launch an awareness camp.
“We will take the necessary action and launch door to door campaign to sensitize on the issue,” Nazir said.
