3000 Vehicles stranded on Srinagar-Jammu Highway, closed for 2nd day

Jammu: 3000 Vehicles including 2500 Heavy Motor Vehicles and 500 Light Motor Vehicles are stranded on Srinagar-Jammu Highway following landslides blocked the road at Ramban. 
Officials said that among the stranded vehicles many are carrying essentials for the valley including.
Livestock trucks are also stranded on the strategic highway.
The highway was shut after landslides occurred at Digdol on the highway on Wednesday evening.
Officials said that men and machinery are working round the clock

Men and machines are working to clear the landslide.
