Srinagar: Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani on Wednesday was discharged from SKIMS hospital where he was undergoing treatment after he complained of abdominal pain on Tuesday.

“He was admitted in the SKIMS on Tuesday, and doctors said that he had intestinal infection,” sources said.

They said that doctors have allowed him to travel back home.

Geelani remains under continuous house detention where a posse of police personal guard his office cum residence not allowing him to move beyond his courtyard.
