Explaining the concept, the Div Com said that all tourist related facilities including Wi Fi connectivity, digital library, gaming zones, handicraft products, dry and fresh fruits from Kashmir, all kinds of coffee, Kashmiri Cuisines, saffron products and other related things will be available in these cafes.

Baseer Khan said that while the initiative will provide employment opportunities to scores of youth from the Valley, it will also boost water transport in the capital city.

The Divisional Commissioner directed all concerned departments to submit a full-fledged plan with the set parameters discussed within fifteen days for its early implementation.
