Shopian: As students across valley rushed to schools this morning two institutes in Shopian remain out of bound as tracks leading to them are under thick blanket of snow.
The snow covered tracks are yet to be cleared for students to reach school.

“Government BPS School Padpawan and Government high School Bohrihalan villages of Hurpora situated in the upper belt of Shopian district are under snow blanket,” locals told INS.
Villagers have accused that authorities of neglecting the area.

“While snow from Mughal Road was cleared students have to move through snow to reach school,” he said.
Shahid Ahmad a resident accused education department of callous approach of not asking concerned authorities of clearing the area.
