Srinagar: Hospitals in Kashmir has been directed to paint red-cross signs on the rooftops of the buildings following escalation in tension between India and Pakistan.

An official told INS that they have been directed to paint red cross on the hospital rooftops.

According to the officials the directions have been passed to hospitals and other medical facilities as well.
