Srinagar: Stating that Lethpora attack was carried out by Jaish-e-Muhammad with an active support of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Pakistan Army, Lieutenant General KJS Dhillon 15 Corps Commander Tuesday said JeM leadership that planned and executed the deadly attack on CRPF convoy was killed.
The Amry Commander said the planner and executor of Lethpora attack were killed within 100 hours after the attack.
Dhillon who was addressing a joint presser was accompanied by along with IGP Kashmir S P Pani and IG CRPF Zulfikar Hassan, said JeM carried out the attack with an active support of ISI and Pakistan Army.
He also asked mothers of local militants here to appeal their sons to return,  saying there is surrender policy for local militants while as those coming from Pakistan won’t return alive, adding that mothers can play a great role.
Dhillon further warned the local militants to “either surrender or be ready to get killed”.
However,  the 15 Corps Commander informed there was reduction in militant recruitments in last few months.
