Kupwara: A 12-year-old girl was killed on the spot when a vehicle she was travelling in met with an accident in Baramulla district of north Kashmir, officials said on Wednesday.
They said that one Xylo vehicle (JK09-8170) on way from Kupwara to Srinagar slipped and rolled down near Zangam petrol pump at Pattan due to which a girl Urban Ahad (12) daughter of Abdul Ahad Sofi of Armpora Kupwara died on the spot. “A case  has been registered and body handed over to legal heirs for last rites,” the official added.
