Shopian: A cordon-and-search-operation was launched by government forces in Malnad Sugan area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on early Tuesday.
A joint team of Army, CRPF and J&K police launched the CASO in Malnad Sugan, the native village of slain Al-badr commander Zeenatul Islam, after receiving input about presence of militants in the area, according to the reports.
