M I Parray shunted as Director JKEDI, withdraws reinstatement order that ‘suffers legal defect’

Srinagar: Government on Friday shunted Dr MI Parray as Director JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute striking down its previous order of reinstatement saying it violated the service rules.
The order issued by the government while withdrawing its previous order of reinstating him as Director JKEDI said that it ‘being violative of the JKEDI Organisational structure, strategic plan, service and recruitment rules 2013, suffers from legal defect’.
“The order is hence withdrawn,” it reads.
