5 KAS officers transferred

Govt transfers 2 IAS, 7 KAS officers

Srinagar: The government on Thursday ordered transfer of five KAS officers in the interest of the administration.
According to a government order issued here, Kusum Badyal, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar, Cooperative, Jammu.
Tanveer Iqbal Malik, KAS, Additional Registrar, Cooperative, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu.
Mohammad Nazir Sheikh, KAS, Director, Panchayati Raj, J&K, under orders of transfer as Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu, in terms of Government Order No. 1699- GAD of 2018 dated 1.12.2018, has been asked to continue as Director, Panchayati Raj, J&K.
Puneet Sharma, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (Samba), Jammu. “
He shall also hold the charge of the post of Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (North), Jammu, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” reads the order.
Pankaj Kumar Sharma, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, has been posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries), Jammu.
