Chairing a district appraisal meeting, Deputy Commissioner directed the officers  not to leave their station without prior intimation and submit their tour diary on monthly basis. She asked the district officers to ensure punctuality in their respective offices which is pre-requisite for prompt deliverance of public services.

Chauhan also reviewed preparedness for upcoming Republic Day celebration and status of various development works being executed by different departments.

The DC took serious notice of absence of some officers in the meeting saying that such practice mars the objective of conducting such meets and also questions the efficiency of the absentees.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Arvind Kotwal, Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr. Arun Manhas, Programme Officer ICDS, Jyoti Rani Salathia, besides other district and sub district officers.
