Make Ladakh separate administrative division: Chairman LC-led delegation meets Governor

Jammu: A delegation of representatives of various student organisations of Kargil and its adjoining areas, led by Haji Anayat Ali, Chairman Legislative Council, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday and demanded Lakdah be made separate administrative Division.
The delegation requested Governor for establishing a cluster University, a Medical College and a Central University at Kargil and making Ladakh a separate administrative Division.
Governor assured the delegation due examination of its demands.
