Several youth of Chenab valley, Jammu-West segment join JDU

JAMMU: A large number of youth from Chenab Valley and Jammu segment led by Haq Zargar and Pankaj Bhagat respectively on Wednesday joined the Janta Dal (United) JD (U) in presence of State President G M Shaheen, Jammu Provincial president Nigesh Samral and other senior party leaders at Jammu party headquarters Gandhi Nagar in a impressive function.
Welcoming newly aspirations in the party fold, Shaheen said that now the joining of youth and other citizens in the JDU in an aiming that they have full faith in policies and programs of the party under the leadership of party National President Nitish Kumar who is presently Chief Minister of Bihar. “The party’s doors are always remained opened for those who had been misled by the Cheif Ministers of previous governments. JDU will address entire issues and problems being faced by the people if voted to power in 2019 Assembly and Parliament elections,” he assured.
Taking a dig on mainstream political parties, Shaheen said that regional political parties in Jammu and Kashmir, particularly People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and National Conference (NC), after miserably failing to convince people on the poll boycott in Civic Bodies elections, have started criticizing Governor administration on ‘baseless and misleading’ allegations.
He added that such behavior of two parties reflect their utter frustration after successful conduct of elections, both in Civic Bodies and Panchayats.
He lauded the role of the Governor administration for working tirelessly and bringing in changes in law and legislations as also in administration to make it more people friendly and for resolving long pending problems and issues of the masses while at the same time assuring effective justice and transparency in public institutions.
He further  said that both the mainstream  political parties like NC and PDP are now floating on a sinking boat, which is being deserted even by persons who built it, largely because of undemocratic way in which it is being run.
He further appreciated the role of Jammu and Kashmir State DGP Dilbag Singh who is now watching the activities of such vested interest people who are trying fo disturb the peaceful  atmosphere in the state including the brotherhood and harmony in Jammu region in general and in Kashmir Valley particular.
