Jammu: The Government on Sunday said that the Governor Satya Pal Malik during his interview with the news channel did not name any political party in the context of appointments recently made by the Jammu & Kashmir Bank.
“The State Government denies a report that appeared in a (local Jammu based daily) in connection with an interview given by the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Satya Pal Malik, to a leading Delhi-based news channel yesterday,” an official spokesman said.
“The Governor during his interview with the news channel did not name any political party in the context of appointments recently made by the Jammu & Kashmir Bank.”
