Srinagar: The government on Tuesday ordered that S. Ahfadul Mujtaba (IPS), IGP Crime Branch, Headquarters, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, J&K, as an interim arrangement in addition to his own duties, till S. Anand Jain (IPS) returns from “Mid Carrier Training Programme (MCTP) Phase-l V.
