9 officers shifted, Pawan Kotwal posted financial commissioner, Abid Rashid gets additional charge of VC LAWDA

Srinagar: The State government on Monday ordered transfer of nine officers in the interest of administration.
According to an order issued here, Atal Dulloo, IAS(JK:1989), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department. “He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Health Services, Kashmir, till further orders.”
Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS(JK:1994), Principal Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner, Revenue, relieving
Mr. Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS, Vice-Chairman/Director General, IMPA&RD of the additional charge of the post.
Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, IAS(JK:1997), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment. “He shall also hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, ARI and trainings Department, till further orders.”
Saurabh Bhagat, IAS(JK:2002), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, relieving Shailendra Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department of the additional charge of the post.
Ajeet Kumar Sahu, IAS(JK:2003), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, relieving Rigzian Sampheal, IAS (UP:2003), Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department of the additional charge of the post. He shall also hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Technical Education Department, till further orders.
Mohammad Javed Khan, IAS (JK:2005), Secretary to the Government, Technical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, relieving Mohammad Saleem Shisghar, KAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Culture of the additional charge of the post.
Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, KAS, Director General, Youth Services and Sports, holding additional charge of the post of Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, on full time basis.
Dr. Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director General, Health Services, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Youth Services and Sports.
Abdul Hafeez Shah, KAS, Vice-Chairman, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, has been transferred and shall await orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Syed Abid Rashid Shah, IAS(JK:2012), Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, shall hold the charge of the post of Vice-Chairman, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, the government order added.
