Sopore: A carpenter died after slipping from rooftop in North Kashmir’s sopore on Wednesday evening.
Reports said that a 40 year old carpenter was working on rooftop of an under construction building at Shahabad area of Sopore when he suddenly slipped and fell unconscious on ground.
.He was rushed to Sub-district hospital Sopore where the doctors referred him to Srinagar.
He succumbed to his injuries later.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Ashraf Bhat son of Mohammad Akbar Bhat resident of Dangarpora Sopore.
