Intending to join militancy two youth traced, brought back from Tral

Kupwara: Two boys from Kupwara were brought back to their families from Tral in South Kashmir by police after ‘credible intelligence suggested they intended to join militants’.
Two youth had gone missing for two days but their parents did not lodged any missing report were brought back from Tral in South Kashmir belt, police officials confided.
DYSP operation Fayaz Geelani said that the two youth were missing  accordingly a team of kupwara police started to trace them out.
“During this time one of them had uploaded a photo, captured at Burhan wani’s grave in south kashmirs tral,on his social media account,” he said.
Geelani said that  ‘reliable sources suggest that the duo had intentions of joining militant ranks.’
Identity of both the boys have not been disclosed.
“After proper counselling both the youth were handed over to their parents,” he said.
