Civilian suffers pellet injury in eyes in Anchdora Anantnag, shifted to Srinagar

Srinagar: A civilian suffered pellet injuries in eyes in government forces action during fresh clashes at Anchdora area in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Reports said after day long restrictions were lifted in Anantnag town, clashes ensued following which government forces resorted to teargas shelling and pellet firing. One of the civilians Javaid Ahmad received pellet injury on eyes as he referred to Srinagar hospital for specialized treatment, said hospital official to INS. Police could not be immediately contacted for the comment.
